In collaboration with the Kozminski University, we have implemented the Manager Academy development program, designed for Directors and Managers of our organization, with a total of 250 mid-level and senior managers trained. We are pleased to have been able to strengthen our employees' managerial competencies by leveraging the extensive substantive knowledge of the Trainers from Kozminski University. The course format engaged participants in group work, discussions, and the exchange of experiences, making it easier and more effective to apply the acquired knowledge in working with their teams.

In collaboration with Kozminski University, we designed a one-year postgraduate program that serves as a unique developmental experience for 30 directors. Its aim was to strengthen leadership qualities, foster creative thinking and active participation in organizational development, as well as update macroeconomic knowledge and the latest trends. Kozminski University conducted workshops for the Mazovia Development Agency on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by vocational training teachers. Following the training sessions for over 400 teachers, participant satisfaction exceeded our expectations. The organizational collaboration with the University, as well as the preparation and delivery of the sessions for such a demanding group of teachers, was of the highest caliber.
