When should one consider dedicated postgraduate studies?

Postgraduate studies are an excellent investment in the professional and personal development of employees. They provide specialized knowledge, practical skills in a specific field, and networking opportunities. Through these studies, your company can meet current challenges, integrate key personnel around common goals, improve management quality, empower employees, recognize their contributions to company development, and motivate them for further work.

What is the difference between postgraduate studies and a development program?

Postgraduate studies require participants to have a higher education degree. The curriculum for dedicated postgraduate studies must be approved by the Program Council and then presented to the University Senate. There are specific class hour requirements, and participants need to write and defend dissertations. Development programs do not have these requirements. Postgraduate studies conclude with a diploma, while a development program concludes with a certificate.

How much time do you need to prepare a development program or postgraduate studies?

The preparation time for long-term development programs or dedicated postgraduate studies depends on the program requirements, topics, and the number of necessary consultations with trainers, sponsors, etc. Typically, this process takes several weeks.
