This year, we had the pleasure of taking part in one of the most important events in the competence development sector — the Learning & Development Strategies Conference, organised by Puls Biznesu. This inspiring gathering brought together HR experts, change leaders, L&D practitioners, and professionals responsible for talent development from organisations across Poland.
During the conference, we hosted our own booth, where we had the opportunity to speak with managers, HR specialists, and development enthusiasts. It was an excellent space for exchanging experiences, presenting our solutions, and learning more about the challenges organisations face in the areas of learning and competence transformation.
One of the key moments of the event was our participation in a panel discussion titled:
“Reskilling and upskilling at company-wide scale — mission possible? How to prepare organisations and people for the skills revolution.”
Together with other experts, we discussed topics such as:
- how to build organisational readiness for continuous change,
- how to prepare employees for dynamic reskilling and upskilling processes,
- which competencies are becoming critical for the future.
The discussion clearly demonstrated that large-scale competence transformation is absolutely achievable — provided it is supported by conscious leadership, a consistent strategy, and a modern approach to learning.
We also actively participated in the Round Tables sessions, which, as always, proved to be highly inspiring. In small groups, we discussed topics such as how to effectively motivate people to learn in a world full of distractions and how to design and implement short development formats that truly deliver learning impact.
These sessions once again confirmed that many organisations face similar challenges — and how valuable it is to exchange practical, experience-based insights.
