On April 21, 2026, we had the pleasure of participating in one of the most important conferences in Poland that brings together the worlds of business, technology, and communication – I love marketing & technology. As part of the event, we took part in the thematic track I love HR, dedicated to a modern approach to people management, talent development, and building organizations of the future.
The I love HR sessions focused on real challenges currently faced by HR departments and team leaders. The topics covered included, among others:
- the impact of new technologies and AI on HR and the labor market,
- modern approaches to employee development and leadership,
- building employee engagement and well-being in a rapidly changing environment,
- employer branding based on authenticity and data,
- cooperation between HR and business, and the role of HR as a strategic partner.
The presentations were rich in practical examples, case studies, and inspiration, showing
how to effectively combine people’s needs with organizational goals.
Participation in the conference was an excellent opportunity for us to broaden our perspective, gain the latest knowledge, and exchange experiences with practitioners from all over Poland. We believe that organizational development begins with people, which is why staying
up to date with trends in HR, technology, and workplace culture is so important to us.
We returned from the conference full of inspiration, new ideas, and energy for further actions, which we will translate into our projects and everyday collaboration.
