On 27 November, we took part in the HR Excellence Conference, an event that provides a valuable platform for sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences, and discussing key trends shaping the future of HR and business.
During the conference, we hosted our own booth, which attracted significant interest (and featured some great competitions! 🎉), and participated in a panel discussion together with our Client. We spoke about the design of development programmes and how they translate into practical, business-oriented consulting projects that are successfully implemented within organisations.
The conference agenda also included a number of insightful presentations, including sessions on:
- how AI is transforming HR and business,
- the evolving role of today’s managers and how leaders can better take care of themselves,
- the upcoming Pay Transparency Directive and its impact on organisations.
The event was also an opportunity to reconnect with our alumni, who visited our booth and shared how they apply the knowledge and skills gained in their professional roles.
