On March 10–11, we had the pleasure of taking part in the HR Challenge Poland Forum 2026 – one of the most important events dedicated to trends, challenges, and the future of human capital management. This year’s edition was rich in inspiring keynote speeches, substantive discussions, and numerous examples of best practices in the areas of HR, leadership, organizational transformation, and building modern workplace cultures. The comprehensive conference agenda allowed participants to look at current labor market challenges from multiple perspectives – both strategic and highly practical.
The first day of the event was particularly important for us, as we had the honor of being both a partner and the moderator of the session “Managing Change and Emotions.”
It was a space filled with valuable conversations about how to effectively guide organizations through change while taking care of people and their emotions.
During the session, the following topics were discussed, among others:
- the role of values as the foundation of successful organizational culture transformation and their importance in everyday business decisions
- leadership in times of uncertainty and rapid change, and the competencies that determine leadership effectiveness today
- preparing managers to conduct difficult conversations, including those related to restructuring and layoffs, and the role of HR in this process
- emotional aspects of organizational transformations, including building team resilience and supporting employees throughout the change process
- the future of the HR function in the context of global talent trends and evolving business expectations
The panel discussion devoted to change management in a reality where adaptation
is becoming a constant organizational capability also attracted great interest. Experts shared their experiences on which skills will be critical in the future, how to develop employees’ readiness for continuous change, and the role leaders and HR departments should play in this process.
We would like to thank all speakers and participants for the inspiring conversations, exchange of experiences, and an invaluable dose of knowledge. We are glad we could be part of this event and help co-create a space for dialogue about the future of HR.
