Kozminski University, one of the leading business schools in Europe, is starting a collaboration with Coral Travel Poland in the area of managerial and leadership development. In September, the comprehensive “Destination Leadership” development program, designed by Kozminski Executive Business School, is launching.
The program will include a wide group of managers and supervisors from Coral Travel Poland. It has been designed as a multi-month training cycle. The classes will be delivered in Polish and English, in an on-site format, and will cover topics such as leadership in times of change, managerial communication, team building, motivation, management in challenging situations, and design thinking.
“We support the development of leaders in organizations that focus on modern leadership based on knowledge, experience, and practice. The ‘Destination Leadership’ program is not only about transferring knowledge but above all about intensive work on competencies that are key for managers and supervisors at Coral Travel Poland – communication, team management, conflict resolution, and motivation. Our role is to provide tools that participants can immediately implement in their daily work,” emphasizes Klaudia Fatah-Zarzycka, Director of Training and Corporate Programs at Kozminski University.
The program will run from September 2025 to May 2026, and participants will receive certificates confirming the competencies they have acquired.

The classes will be delivered by trainers from Kozminski Executive Business School, who combine academic expertise with business experience. Thanks to this, the program will become a platform for the practical development of competencies, supporting Coral Travel Poland in building modern leadership in the tourism industry.
