Kozminski University, one of Europe’s leading business schools, is launching a collaboration with the multi-food group LipCo Foods. The initiative aims to strengthen leadership and managerial competencies that are fundamental to the company’s future. In October 2025, the “LipCo Foods Academy” program, designed and delivered by experts from Kozminski Executive Business School, will be officially inaugurated.
The program will run for nearly a year – from October 2025 to September 2026 – and will involve twenty-one company managers. Its structure has been carefully designed to combine individual assessments, intensive workshops, and training sessions led by facilitators who bridge academic expertise with business practice.
Participants will begin with a FRIS® thinking style assessment, followed by feedback sessions and workshops on communication and teamwork. In the subsequent months, they will develop their skills in strategic management, leadership, and leading organizations through change. A dedicated module will focus on succession planning – preparing future leaders to take on key roles within the company. The program will culminate in a graduation ceremony summarizing the experience and outcomes achieved.
“The LipCo Foods Academy is a great example of a program where theory meets practice and knowledge is immediately applied to daily management. Our goal is to help participants enhance their strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills – all of which are critical components of modern leadership. The partnership with LipCo Foods demonstrates how strongly organizations today invest in developing their leaders,” says Klaudia Fatah-Zarzycka, Director for Corporate Training and Development Programs at Kozminski University.
Representatives of the LipCo Foods group also emphasize the strategic importance of this initiative. Operating in a highly dynamic sector with rigorous quality standards, the company views managerial competence development as a key investment in its future.
“We believe that the LipCo Foods Academy will strengthen leadership, foster a culture of collaboration, and prepare our successors for future challenges. Partnering with Kozminski University ensures that this goal is achieved at the highest academic and organizational level,” highlights Krzysztof Borowski, President of the Management Board of LipCo Foods International, responsible within the group for managing and developing the Shared Services Center.
The program has been designed to accompany participants in their daily professional challenges, providing them with tools that can be immediately implemented in practice. As a result, it is not merely a series of training sessions but a comprehensive process that supports the transformation of leadership within the organization. Once again, Kozminski University confirms its role as a trusted partner in developing leaders who shape the future of Polish and international enterprises.
