At the end of 2023, in cooperation with Kozminski University, we launched a development program for senior management at our Headquarters and Plants. The program consisted of two webinars and training sessions focused on 21st-century leadership. \n\nApproximately 50 people participated in the training. The sessions were conducted in an engaging, professional, and interesting manner. \n\nAs a result of the program, we jointly developed a new leadership model, which we are now implementing in our organization. This initiative has become a significant added value to the entire project. \n\nTherefore, we consider Kozminski University a highly recommendable business partner. Thanks to the training sessions, we were able to strengthen our employees' competencies and enhance their managerial skills. <\/p> <\/p> <\/div>

In collaboration with the Kozminski University, we have implemented the Manager Academy development program, designed for Directors and Managers of our organization, with a total of 250 mid-level and senior managers trained. We are pleased to have been able to strengthen our employees' managerial competencies by leveraging the extensive substantive knowledge of the Trainers from Kozminski University. The course format engaged participants in group work, discussions, and the exchange of experiences, making it easier and more effective to apply the acquired knowledge in working with their teams.<\/p> <\/p> <\/div>

In collaboration with Kozminski University, we designed a one-year postgraduate program that serves as a unique developmental experience for 30 directors. Its aim was to strengthen leadership qualities, foster creative thinking and active participation in organizational development, as well as update macroeconomic knowledge and the latest trends. A key focus of the program was also on leadership and its impact on the further development of the organization. This interdisciplinary program proved to be a perfect success by demonstrating the synergy between HR activities and our company\u2019s strategy! Additionally, it contributed to breaking down silos between individual units, enhancing collaboration, and creating new solutions ready for implementation within the organization.<\/p> <\/p> <\/div>

Kozminski University conducted workshops for the Mazovia Development Agency on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by vocational training teachers. Following the training sessions for over 400 teachers, participant satisfaction exceeded our expectations. The organizational collaboration with the University, as well as the preparation and delivery of the sessions for such a demanding group of teachers, was of the highest caliber.
